Conditions

• Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include state and local taxes

• Check  out 11:00am, Check-in 4:00pm and full payment is due upon check-in

• Cancellation Policy - $35 fee on all cancellations.  Canceling 7 days or less before arrival results in forfeiture of first night's deposit, including tax.

• Minimum reservation:  2 nights normally and 3 nights on holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas)

• Deposit equal to first nights stay plus tax and is required to confirm your reservation

• A $250 Deposit is required on monthly and long-term rentals.  See Winter Texans page

• Weekly rate consist of paying for 6 nights at the weekday rate and the seventh is free

• Special 5 night discount for Sunday to Friday stays

• Dogs are welcome, ask about Dog Policy:  Non Refundable Pet Fee $25 for one dog or $35 for more than one - no cats

• No Smoking in all rooms

• Off season rates apply for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, along with 3 nights stay

• Weekend days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday

• No refund on stays, or cancellations for weather.  Bed configurations may change without notice.

2 Bedroom cottage with kitchen:  1b and 5b

2 Bedroom private cottage with smaller living room:  7 and 8  (Go to top)

2 Bedroom private cottage with larger living room:  9, 10, 11 and 12

3 Bedroom private cottage:  6

3 Bedroom private cottage:  1c, 2c, 3c (combined rooms into private cottage)
