A LAUGHING HORSE LODGE

****WE HAVE RULES**** 

  • Be courteous and keep your enjoyment at a reasonable volume.  Quiet by 10 pm (city ordinance).

  • Drive slowly (5 mph) and watch for our smallest guests (children and pets)

  • Dogs please tell your owners to keep you on a leash (city ordinance) and please pick up your waste. Free bags are available at office. 

  • ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING

  • Please use areas provided outside the cottage for smoking.  The charge to remove smoke smell is $100.  We have no sense of humor about this.

  • No fish are to be cleaned in cottages.  We charge a $100 fee to clean up if you do.  Please use the fish cleaning house by the office.  There are plastic bags there for your use.  Please triple bag and place in the dumpster behind office.  We have more bags if you need them.

  • Please do not take our bath towels to beach.  We have some towels you can take to the beach or use to dry your dog.  Stop by the office to pick them up.

  • No daily maid service is available. Please bring all linens to laundry for exchange as needed. Laundry closes at 6pm

  • Please lock doors. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

  • Please turn off air conditioners and lights on departure

  • Place all trash in dumpster which is located behind the office garage area

  • Please wash all dishes.  A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for all cleaning over normal use

  • We have to charge for items lost from the cottages.  A price list is available at the office

  • Please bring all keys and comment cards to office at the end of your stay

I agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of a Laughing Horse Lodge and I will be responsible for all damage in excess of normal wear and tear in the unit or cottage that I am renting or elsewhere caused on the property.  I agree to allow my credit card to be charged for the costs to repair or replace any such damaged property.   If I am under 21 years old, the person signing below agrees to be responsible for the guest and to allow any associated costs to the listed credit card.
