Winter Texan Specials

We offer our two bedroom cottages on a monthly rental basis for November through February. The cottages come in two sizes:

The larger ones have full kitchens, living rooms, shower bath, private patios with BBQ grills and off street parking. The bed configurations vary. Rent is $1,500 per month.  See below for deposits.

The smaller ones are the same, except the living rooms are slightly smaller. Rent is $1,350 per month.

We also have one three bedroom cottage with kitchen, one bath and picnic area. Rent is $1,750 per month.

The popular "C" units are also available by combining two units in one building together to make a great space (1A+1B=1"C").  There are two private bedrooms plus an open area with additional beds.  See the detailed unit descriptions here.  They have the added luxury of two bathrooms, a full kitchen plus a second kitchenette. Rent is $1,750 per month.

Deposits: 

A $250 deposit is required when the reservation is made.  That amount is kept as a security deposit until the stay is completed and is then returned after departure.  On September 1st, an additional $400 is collected to secure the dates.  The total of $650 is forfeited if the reservation is cancelled after September 1st.  The $250 is forfeited for cancellations prior to September 1st.
